Our apartments are designed for autonomous seniors aged 65 and over who want to live independently in a safe, welcoming community.
Your rent includes a spacious 1- or 2-bedroom apartment with a private balcony, a refrigerator and stove, and hot water. Each apartment also has a storage area.
Le Russell is focused on independent living. While we don’t provide meals or structured in-house activities, residents enjoy access to an incredible range of Town of Mount Royal senior programs, including from gentle exercise and yoga classes to bridge clubs, themed luncheons, cultural outings, day trips, and more. The Town also offers services such as Meals on Wheels, accompaniment to medical appointments, daily wellness calls, and psychosocial consultations.
Seniors 65+ can receive a free Recreation Card from the Town of Mount Royal, which gives access to exercise classes, clubs, excursions, and events. Non-residents can also participate with a an affordable membership.
Yes. Our solid concrete building s equipped with security cameras on every floor, smoke and heat detectors, a modern lobby intercom, and two elevators for convenient access.
